What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee and manage the execution of Document Control processes
Organize filing, storage, quality control, and reporting of project documents and technical data
Follow up on Document Management tasks in various projects and workflows
Ensure compliance with Client LCI/DFO specifications and manage information dependencies

Key Qualifications:
Higher education or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in document control
ProArc knowledge is preferred, with a willingness to learn new tools and systems
Strong cooperation skills and a service-minded attitude
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Comfortable working in Norwegian and English, with excellent communication skills
