To strengthen their team, our client in Fornebu is looking for a Cyber Security & Network Engineer who can help them succeed.
What will you be doing?
You will be working as Cyber Security & Network Engineer together with other colleagues in the Valhall project, your responsibility includes but not limited to the following:
- Implementing strategies, specifications, and reports for cyber security and network engineering in industrial automation and control systems, in accordance with IEC 62443 or similar
- Ensuring design in accordance with requirements and international standards
- Conducting meetings with major international customers and suppliers
- Coordinating and leading meetings and technical workshops with suppliers and customers to review network architectures and cyber security compliance
- Reviewing and commenting on supplier topology drawings, functional specifications, and testing procedures
- Establishing and documenting monitoring requirements with the client at equipment level
- Participating in Factory Acceptance Testing, including reviews of configurations of network equipment such as switches, routers, and firewalls
- Conducting meetings on lessons learned, sharing experiences, training others, and updating requirement specifications accordingly
- Proposing and driving improvements in projects
We think you should have:
- BSc or Master in automation, computer science, information security/technology, cybernetics, electrical engineering, with industrial network experience or similar
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in a relevant field
- Experience with and ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary matrix organizations, seeking answers/advice/support as needed
- Experience with industrial automation systems, combined with knowledge of industrial networks
- Experience with industrial networks, products, and protocols, including industrial protocols such as Modbus TCP, PROFINET, IEC 61850, and OPC UA
- Knowledge of the IEC 62443 framework for Cyber Security in Industrial Automation and Control Systems
- Knowledge of risk assessments for Cyber Security
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
Working location: Fornebu, Oslo
Contract duration: 1 year contract with option for extension
