Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Management
- Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of the LNG terminal project.
- Develop and maintain the project execution strategy and implementation plan.
- Coordinate across multi-disciplinary project teams, contractors, and consultants.
- Oversee the design and engineering phases to ensure technical integrity and compliance with international LNG standards and local regulations.
- Review and approve key engineering deliverables and ensure constructability.
- Coordinate interfaces among process units, utilities, marine facilities, and control systems.
- Overseeing procurement strategies and contractors selection as well as oversee vendor performance.
- Supervise the construction phase, ensuring safe and timely execution.
- Resolve construction-related issues in collaboration with contractors and site teams.
- Monitor progress and ensure alignment with project milestones and budgets.
- Oversee pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup activities.
- Ensure safe and reliable operation of the terminal upon handover.
- Ensure HSEQ policies and procedures are fully implemented and enforced.
- Monitor safety performance and ensure environmental compliance.
- Develop and manage the project budget and cost control systems.
- Ensure project cost reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Lead risk management and mitigation planning.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical/Chemical/Civil Engineering and related.
- At least 15 years in the relevant engineering or management discipline.
- PMC Experience: Must have PMC experience managing EPC contractors and interdisciplinary coordination specifically in LNG terminal projects.
- Review and approve design deliverables, technical documents, and interface reports
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Very good English communication skills
- Can speak Thai would be advantageous
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
