We are now looking for a Project Lead at our yard in Ågotnes.
Our department in Ågotnes was established in 1994. We support subsea projects from cradle to grave. Our foremost product is a self-developed and self-produced "Christmas tree" used in subsea projects worldwide. A "Christmas tree" is a collection of valves that maintains flow control in and out of the well, e.g., oil/gas production, or the injection of carbon for storage underground.
In this role, you will:
- Be the key contact for the project, ensuring quality of deliverables and accountability for the overall performance of the project team
- Maintain effective and continuous communication with entire project team and stakeholders
- Ensure safe operations, promote a culture of technical integrity and highest levels of service quality
- Work with the client and stakeholders to ensure the objective, scope and deliverables for the project are clearly defined at the outset
- Manage and control accurate project plans, ensuring efficiency savings are realized
- Search and secure business opportunity within project portfolio
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Experience from the Oil and Gas industry
- Familiarity with the Subsea Well Control Systems
- A passion for leading project execution from start to finish
- One-Team mindset - be a part of one team to able to deliver a command goal
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
