Your Role:
- Follow up on Instrument Procurement Packages.
- Coordinate with suppliers and review documents and drawings.
- Provide engineering inputs to job packages.
- Handle as-builts of supplier drawings and red line mark-ups from offshore.
- Report to the Discipline Lead and Engineering Manager on all important matters.
- Ensure quality and HSSE standards in your projects.
- Identify changes and contribute to change requests.
- Conduct offshore surveys and manage various engineering tasks, including system engineering, automation and control, Fire & Gas systems, layout design, cable dimensioning, field instrumentation, and valves.
- Manage technical procurement activities related to mechanical packages.
- Prepare MTOs, requisitions, and installation job-cards.
- Collaborate with other disciplines, suppliers, and clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- MSc, BSc, Technical College, or other relevant education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of offshore EIT installations and requirements.
- Proven experience in supplier coordination and follow-up.
- Skilled in as-builts of tags and drawings.
- Ability to perform estimation work and plan activities.
- Proficiency in project-specific software.
- Availability to work in Norway.
- Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English.
- A proactive team player.
